mine was based on the idea of how everything our body, our mind is all connected and every little bit makes us what we are. like for example of fingure nails look a certain way do to our calcium consumption, but it is also determined by our brain and if we choose to bit our nails or not which is determined on a physiological scale, and are stress level ectreaaaaaa.
